AI Automations

Less time on repetitive tasks, more visibility into your numbers

Two things, one toolkit

Modern AI tools let us do, quickly and affordably, two things that until recently took significant development time: automate repetitive processes and build dashboards that turn your data into a useful picture.

The two services work independently. You can start with whichever is pressing you most.

Automating repetitive processes

Every business has tasks that repeat daily: entering data from one file into another, preparing the same reports, checking documents, sorting incoming messages. They are necessary but low in added value — and they usually eat a large share of experienced staff’s time.

Until recently, automating such processes was only possible when the rules were perfectly clear. AI tools change that: they can now read a document, understand a request written in free text, summarise information and categorise data.

Typically we take on:

  • Automatic reading of invoices, delivery notes and contracts, extracting the details and entering them into your system
  • Categorising incoming messages or requests and routing them to the right department
  • Automatically producing reports that are currently written by hand
  • Moving data between systems that don’t talk to each other
  • Automatic data checks, alerting the people responsible when something drifts outside the expected limits

We don’t start from the tool, but from the process. Together with your managers we map the workflow as it runs today and separate what can be fully automated, what partly, and what should stay with a person. We also state explicitly which data may be processed by external AI services and which may not.

Monitoring dashboards

Most of what management needs already exists — in Excel files, in ERP exports, in statements someone prepares each month. The problem is rarely a lack of data; it is the time and effort it takes to turn that data into a picture.

We build dashboards that do exactly that. You upload your data and the dashboard immediately shows the indicators, charts and comparisons we designed together.

How it works

  1. Design. In a first meeting we establish what you want to see: which indicators matter to you, how often, along which dimensions and compared with what.
  2. Build. We set up the dashboard and define the format in which you supply the data — usually an Excel file or an export from your system.
  3. Data upload. Whenever you have new figures, you upload them. No technical knowledge is needed.
  4. Results. The dashboard updates and shows the indicators, charts and deviations.

The difference from a classic data-analysis project is that here we don’t hand you a result, but a tool: a picture you can refresh yourself, as often as you need it.

Sample dashboards

What you can monitor

Every dashboard is designed around the indicators that matter to your own business. The ones below are among the most common.

  • 01

    Sales

Turnover by period, customer, product, category or salesperson. Comparison with previous years, spotting trends and deviations, and tracking targets and progress towards them.

  • 02

    Consumption

Monitoring consumption of energy, raw materials or consumables per unit, installation or production line, with detection of overruns and unusual changes.

  • 03

    Income & expenses

A picture of income and expenses by category and period, with profitability analysis and tracking of deviations from your budget.

  • 04

    Inventory

Stock levels, how fast products move, stagnant stock, and alerts for items running low or building up.

  • 05

    Staff

Working hours, overtime, absences, distribution by department or project, and productivity indicators as your own business defines them.
